How it works
- Upgrade audit ($750, fixed). I review the app, dependencies, and test coverage, and write up the path, the risks, and an estimate.
- Staged upgrades. One Rails or Ruby step at a time, with tests passing before each step ships.
- Maintenance. Security patches, dependency updates, and fixes, hourly or on a retainer.

Do you need access to production?
Not for the audit. For upgrades I work in your repository and staging first, and we agree on how production deploys happen.
What if the app has few tests?
Then adding tests around the risky parts is the first step, so each upgrade can be verified.
