The tools
Online booking
Customers pick an open time and book themselves, day or night, and you get an email for every booking. Good for appointments, consultations, lessons, and classes.
As an add-on: $299, plus $10 a month.
Quotes and invoices
Send professional quotes, turn them into invoices when they're accepted, and keep track of what's been paid. Good for trades, contractors, and anyone who prices jobs one at a time.

Payments
Take card payments on your site through Stripe, for deposits, services, or simple products, without a separate online store.
As an add-on: $199.
Client portal
A private login where your clients find what they need from you, in one place, instead of digging through old emails.
As an add-on: $299, plus $7 a month.

Questions
Which tool should I start with?
Whichever one saves you the most time each week. If the phone rings for appointments, start with booking. If you send a lot of estimates, start with quotes and invoices. I will help you choose on our first call.
Can I add another tool later?
Yes. Any tool can be added to any plan as an add-on whenever you are ready.
Are there card processing fees?
Yes. Card payments go through Stripe, which charges its standard processing fees on each payment. Those are separate from my prices.
Do I need Business + Tools to get a tool?
No. Business + Tools includes one, but you can add any tool to Starter or Business as an add-on.
